This jig comes in three versions. Each is set up for a different bolt size. They are 0-80, 1.6mm, and 2.0mm bolts. This jig compliments our AVH comb series and the holes match up cleanly. Made of durable PETG that is also UV resistant allowing years of use out of this jig. All current and new production models have what bolt they support marked on them.

A kit includes:

1.  all three plates for holding the harmonica plates in place and having guided drilling
2.  2 x bolts and wing nuts to clamp the plates together

Suggested items to use with this jig is a small to medium vise and a pillar drill.  Drill bits you will need for your taps are:

1.  0.047" drill or a 1.2mm metric drill (actual requirement is 1.19mm)
2.  0-80 tap

Due to the fine nature of this drill and tap it we advise against trying to do this with a hand held equipment.
